Oisín Brady and Canice Maher have been announced as the Cavan GAA Player of the Year award winners for 2023.
Killygarry clubman Brady was a shining light for the Cavan footballers throughout the season as they secured promotion to Division Two, along with a league final win over Fermanagh before a five-point loss to Down in the Tailteann Cup made for a disappointing end to Mickey Graham's five-year reign at the helm.
Kilkenny All-Ireland minor winner Maher, who plays with the East Cavan Gaels club, was the leading scorer for Ollie Bellew's county hurlers in their march to the Division 3B league title back in April.
