Kenneth Burke is poised to be the next Galway minor hurling manager.
The current St Thomas' manager has been recommended for the post on a two-year term. His selectors will be Evan Kilroy (Gort), Ger Lyons (Killimor), Willie Burke (Oranmore-Maree) and Cathal Daly (St. Thomas’).
Meanwhile, Galway Bay FM is reporting that Henry Shefflin’s term as Galway senior hurling manager has been extended to 2025. It was recently revealed that former Tipperary manager Eamon O'Shea has joined the Kilkenny legend's backroom team.
