Scotstown and Inniskeen will face off in this year's Monaghan SFC final.
In yesterday's semi-finals at Clones, Scotstown saw off 13-man Corduff by 1-13 to 1-6 to qualify for their 11th final in-a-row, while Inniskeen reached their first decider since 1990 thanks to a 2-16 to 2-12 victory over Clontibret.
Scotstown made the better start against Corduff before a Diarmuid Marron goal brought last year's intermediate champions level. But the traditional giants finished the first half strongly to take a 0-9 to 1-2 lead into the break.
Fergal Hanratty scored twice after the restart to reduce the deficit to two, but Jack McCarron steadied the ship for Scotstown with a brace of points. Corduff then had Padraic Keenan and substitute Killian Callan sent off before Scotstown sealed victory with a late goal from substitute Francis Maguire.
Inniskeen defeated 2019 winners Clontibret for a second time in this year's Championship to end their long wait for a final place.
A Dessie Mone goal, combined with three points from Conor McManus, had Clontibret 1-3 to 0-4 up at the end of the first quarter. But John McEntee's charges rallied with scores from Donal Meegan and Andrew Woods to lead by 0-10 to 1-4 at half-time.
The Grattans extended their advantage with majors from Seamus Kindlon and Michael Monahan after the restart before McManus scored a late consolation goal for Clontibret - who had Monaghan manager Vinny Corey sent off shortly after his introduction - from a penalty.
