St Brigid’s and Boyle will meet in the Roscommon SFC final on Sunday week following their respective semi-final wins over Roscommon Gaels and Padraig Pearses.

On Saturday, St Brigid’s powered to a 4-15 to 0-12 victory over the Gaels. The Kiltoom side led by 3-7 to 0-5 at half-time thanks to goals from Ben O’Carroll, Eddie Nolan and Ronan Stack before O’Carroll raised his second green flag after the restart.

In yesterday’s second semi-final at ‘The Hyde’, an early Cian McKeon goal, coupled with two late frees from Donie Smith, saw Boyle edge out Pearses 1-7 to 0-9 and qualify for their second final in-a-row.
