Former Kilkenny forward Peter ‘Chap’ Cleere has taken the reins of his native county’s senior camogie team.
The Black and Whites clubman’s ratification was confirmed at a county board meeting on Tuesday night when he was given an initial one-year term.
The two-time All-Ireland winners succeeds Brian Dowling in the role, having steered Carlow to the National League Division 3A title this past season.
