Midleton and Sarsfields will clash in this year’s Cork Premier senior hurling championship final after coming through their respective semi-finals at Pairc Ui Chaoimh.

Cormac Beausang’s late goal saw Midleton dethrone St Finbarrs with a 1-17 to 0-18 victory to book their second SHC final berth in three years.

In the earlier game, Sarsfields were 1-23 to 0-25 winners over 2019 winners Imokilly after extra time as they advanced to their first decider in nine years.

The winning sides are now set to cross swords on Sunday, October 15th at Pairc Ui Chaoimh (throw-in 4pm).
