Tipperary GAA has postponed a number of its club matches today (Saturday) following the tragic road crash in Clonmel last night that has left four people dead.
A man in his early 20s and three women aged in their teens, whom were all from the south Tipperary area, were confirmed dead following the crash on the Mountain Road in Clonmel which happened at around 7.30pm.
It is understood that two of the victims were brother and sister.
Tipperary GAA extended its sincere and heartfelt sympathies to the families and friends of the victims and confirmed that a number of Saturday’s games would be called off as a mark of respect.
In light of the tragic events in Clonmel last evening, Tipperary have withdrawn from todays under 16 A & B tournaments as a mark of respect.

Both game have been refixed for Tuesday and Wednesday the 5th and 6th of September.
St Marys v Moyne Templetuohy and Kilsheelan Kilcash and Moneygall.
