Laois GAA has announced a number of key management recommendations for 2024.

Kieran Kelly and Damien Carter are set to take charge of the U20 football and hurlers respectively, while incoming minor football manager Gerard Slevin will have Donie Brennan – who recently stepped down as Laois ladies football boss – in his backroom team.

Willie Maher was already confirmed for another term as senior hurling manager, but still has to finalise his selectors. The senior football manager’s position also remains vacant following Billy Sheehan’s departure earlier this summer.

All of the recommendations will be put forward for approval at next month’s county board meeting.

U20 Football: Kieran Kelly (Manager); Brian McCormack, Kieran Delaney, Billy Delaney (Selector / Coach).

Minor Football: Gerard Slevin (Manager); Adrian Slevin, Brian O’Sullivan, John Connolly, Mick Lenihan (Selectors); Donal Brennan (Coach); Fergal Byron (Goalkeeper Coach).
