Mayo make one change for championship opener against Rossies

Mayo boss Kevin McStay has named his side for Sunday’s crunch Connacht senior football championship quarter-final against Roscommon.

The only change to the Westerners’ line-up from last Sunday’s Division 1 final victory over Galway sees Castlebar Mitchel's Donnacha McHugh coming in at left corner-back in place of Sam Callinan who drops to the bench.

Cillian O’Connor, Tommy Conroy and Padraig O’Hara are also named among the substitutes by McStay who comes up against a county he managed from 2016 to 2018.

Thrown-in at Hastings MacHale Park is at 4pm.
