Pitch inspections are expected to be carried at venues hosting this evening's O'Byrne Cup and Dr McKenna Cup fixtures.

With another wet and windy day in store, there is a possibility that some pitches may be unplayable. In the O'Byrne Cup, Laois take on Carlow in Stradbally, Meath welcome Longford to Ashbourne and Dublin host Offaly in Parnell Park. The Wexford v Louth and Westmeath v Kildare games are off after Louth handed Wexford a walkover and Kildare withdrew from the competition.

In the McKenna Cup this evening, Derry take on Tyrone in Owenbeg, Donegal host Monaghan in Ballybofey, while Cavan are at home to Armagh in Kingspan Breffni.
