Freezing weather conditions have forced a change in venue for tomorrow evening’s Munster club senior football championship final between Kerins O’Rahillys and Newcastle West.
The Kerry champions were set to meet their Limerick counterparts at Pairc Ui Rinn at 7.30pm but Munster Council has changed the decider’s venue to Mallow instead.
Along with the venue change, the match is also now set to throw-in at 3pm.
The switch to mallow also leaves uncertainty over the planned television coverage of the game, as TG4 had planned to show the match live tomorrow evening but are already scheduled to air the All-Ireland ladies intermediate club football championship final live from Croke Park at 3pm.
TweetDue to the current weather conditions, Saturday’s AIB Munster Club SFC Final between Kerins O’Rahillys (Kerry) and Newcastle West (Limerick) has been changed to Mallow at 3pm on Saturday December 10th.
