The Canavan brothers were to the fore as Errigal Ciaran defeated Dungannon Clarke's 1-16 to 1-11 to book their place in the Tyrone SFC semi-finals.
Ruairi scored 1-3 and Darragh posted 0-6 as Mark Harte's side proved too strong for Dungannon, for whom Oran Mallon found the net. Errigal will now face holders Dromore who edged out Omagh St Enda's by 0-6 to 0-5 in yesterday's other quarter-final.
Niall Sludden came off the bench to kick a brace of second half points, while Peter Teague, Emmet McNabb and Ronan McNabb were also on target for Dromore.
Clonoe and Carrickmore will meet in the other last-four tie.
