The Meath Premier Championship has thrown up another bizarre moment.
Last month, the Moynalvey-Blackhall Gaels Division 4 tie had to be halted after a robotic lawn mower rolled on to the field of play, but the scenes witnessed in the Division 7 clash between St Vincent's and Gaeil Colmcille in Ardcath at the weekend were quite astonishing.
The Gaeil Colmcille substitutes were getting some shooting practice in during half-time when not one, not two, but THREE footballs got stuck in the net behind the goal.
The Kells lads weren't leaving without the footballs and the win as they recorded a 3-11 to 0-12 victory over the hosts.
@gaeilcolmcille And they wonder why their subs? #JuniorB #GaeilColmcille #Ardcath #MeathGAA #fyp #foryou #gaa #kells #StVincents ♬ Frolic (Theme from "Curb Your Enthusiasm" TV Show) - Luciano Michelini
