Work begins on TEG Cusack Park upgrade

Upgrade works at TEG Cusack Park in Mullingar have begun in earnest.
New seating was installed last week as part of a major redevelopment which will see a new roof put on the stand as well as refurbishment work on the dressing rooms, showers and the public toilets. It comes after Westmeath GAA secured a €300,000 Sports Capital Grant last week, while over €100,000 was raised from last year’s Lake County Movathon fundraiser.
Funding of €127,000 has also been secured under the LEADER programme.
