Tyrone's All-Ireland winning heroes will not be paying any official visits to schools and clubs across the county this week.

The Tyrone players were greeted by thousands of joyous supporters at a homecoming event which took place at Healy Park on Sunday but the 'official' celebrations have been put on hold for now.

"Tyrone GAA wish to state that there is No Official Team visits planned to any Locations this week and the players will not be appearing in any of the towns and villages which has appeared on Social Media." Tyrone GAA tweeted.

Covid-19 restrictions prevented the Red Hands from bringing home the Sam Maguire Cup after last Saturday's All-Ireland SFC final victory over Mayo at Croke Park.
