2020 LGFA Leinster Club championship finals to be streamed live on June 23rd

Leinster LGFA are delighted to announce that the 2020 Leinster Club Championship Intermediate and Junior Finals which are due to take place on Wednesday 23rd June will be streamed live on our social media channels.

No strangers to Leinster Club football, Wicklow’s Tinahely and Carlow’s Old Leighlin will go to battle in the Leinster Intermediate Club Final in Baltinglass GAA grounds. Having been defeated in the 2019 Intermediate Club final, Tinahely will undoubtedly be looking to go one step better this time around. The game will be played in front of a limited crowd of 100 attendees. The game is set for a 7pm throw in time and it will be available to watch on Leinster LGFA’s Facebook page; https://www.facebook.com/LeinsterLadiesGaelicFootballAssociation. Killian Whelan will be joined by 2020 Intermediate Players’ Player of the Year Vikki Wall on commentary.

Meanwhile, in Portlaoise, the Junior Final which pits Wexford champions Kilmore against Longford’s Ballymore is set to take place in MW Hire O’Moore Park in front of a limited crowd of 200 attendees. The game will throw in at 7.15pm and will also be broadcast on Leinster LGFA’s Youtube page; https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCYxR-Ni6UG392E-zT51SgIw/featured. Kevin Egan and Aisling Clery will be commenting on this one.

The Senior Club Final between Foxrock Cabinteely and Portlaoise has been deferred until the 8th September at 7.30pm in Coralstown Kinnegad GAA.
