Oulart-The Ballagh and Faythe Harriers booked their places in the quarter-finals of the Wexford SHC yesterday evening.
Liam Dunne's Oulart convincingly beat Cloughbawn 3-14 to 1-13 at Bellefield to finish runners up to holders St Martin's in Group A. Early goals from Peter Sutton (2) and Murtha Doyle set the tone for a one sided victory and they now face Group C winners St Anne's.
Harriers defeated Fethard St Mogues 1-14 to 0-11 at Chadwicks Wexford Park to secure top spot in Group B ahead of Ferns St Aidan's. The Wexford town team will learn their last eight opponents later today when Shelmaliers face Naomh Eanna in Group D at Bellefield (throw-in 2pm).
