Fr Sean won two All-Irelands with Tyrone
May 03, 2018Tyrone GAA are lamenting the death of two-time All-Ireland MFC winner Fr Sean McGrath.
A member of the Clonoe O'Rahillys club, where he was Honorary Vice President, Father Sean represented club and county with great distinction.b
He lined out at midfield on the Tyrone sides that got the better of Mayo and Dublin respectively in the 1947 and 1948 All-Ireland minor football championships.
Late of Killen, Clonoe, Coalisland; Philippines; Britain; USA; and Ireland, he passed away on Friday, April 27th.
