Monaghan GAA launched their new jersey at the Ulster Championship launch on Monday night and it bears a striking similarity to the Tyrone jersey.
Neil McAdam proudly represented the Farney and Oriel County at the event and he wore the new 2018 jersey, which has been in the pipeline for some time.
It is a retro look jersey but you don't have to be too eagle eyed to spot that it is a replica of the Tyrone jersey which was launched late last year, if you swap the red detail for blue.
The two sides meet in the Ulster championship on at Healy Park on May 20 when both will wear their alternative strips.
TweetApparently this is the our new kit design. Hard to tell til we see a proper jersey but usually the simple designs are best. Hopefully the opaque logo on back is just a watermark. What do we think?#Monaghan #monaghangaa #ulstergaa #gaa pic.twitter.com/MnUC12nIpX
