The Rolling Stones are set to play Croke Park on May 17.

Aiken Promotions has announced that the legendary rockers will play Croker as part of their No Filter tour. They last performed in Ireland 11 years ago when they headlined in Slane.

Many local residents are opposed to the staging of a fourth concert at GAA headquarters this summer and are expected to lodge an objection. Taylor Swift will perform twice at Croke Park in June, while Michael Buble will play the venue for one night in July.
