A 24-week ban has been proposed for Donegal U21 manager Declan Bonner in the wake of last week's Ulster semi-final defeat to Tyrone.
Both counties have also been hit with €2,000 fines by the Ulster CCC arising from their involvement in a melee after the game had ended. Bonner was punished for comments he allegedly made towards Derry referee Barry Cassidy, who sent off two Donegal players.
The Donegal county board - who were also fined €5,000 following an ill-tempered Allianz League game clash with Kerry last month - have until Sunday to lodge an appeal.
