Kavanagh back for Longford
March 02, 2014

Longford's Brian Kavanagh. INPHO
Brian Kavanagh returns to the Longford team for today's Allianz Football League visit of Fermanagh after missing the defeat to Limerick through injury.
Kavanagh is named at full forward in a selection that is much-changed from that which lost by 0-11 to 2-11 in the Gaelic Grounds three weeks ago. Paddy Columb takes over in goal from Damien Sheridan, while there is a completely new half back line consisting of Colm P Smith, Fergal Reilly and Shane Mulligan.
Aidan Rowan, who started at wing back the last day, will lead an attack which once again features erstwhile centre back Mickey Quinn at left half forward. Manager Jack Sheedy hasn't included any U21s with Wednesday night's Leinster championship quarter-final against Laois in mind.
Longford (SF v Fermanagh): P Columb; D Brady, B Gilleran, F Battrim; CP Smith, F Reilly, S Mulligan; J Keegan, M Brady; B Farrell, A Rowan, M Quinn; P McKeon, B Kavanagh, S McCormack.
