McNamee Award winners revealed

The GAA has announced the winners of the 2013 McNamee Awards.

Named after the late Padraig McNamee, former GAA president, the awards are presented each year in recognition of outstanding contributions made by individuals and Association units in the area of media and communications.

This year's awards will be presented by GAA president Liam O'Neill at a function in Croke Park tonight.

The winners are as follows:

Provincial Media Award - Clare People

Best Website - Cork GAA

Club Project Award - Omagh St. Enda's GAA

Best Programme - Meath GAA senior football final

Best GAA Publication - The Claret & Gold, a history of Tulla hurling club

Best Photograph - Lorraine O'Sullivan

Best Amateur Photograph - Brendan Hayes

National Media Award - Michael Foley, Sunday Times

Best GAA Related Radio Programme - 'Come on the Rossies', Shannonside FM

Irish Language Award - 'Sport An Lae', RTE Raidio na Gaeltachta

Hall of Fame - Brian Carthy, RTE
