Fermoy's Denis Ring as been confirmed as manager and Landers is a member of his backroom team.
The Killeagh clubman lifted the Liam McCarthy Cup in 1999 and will dip his toes into the intercounty management scene for the first time.
Ring and Landers will be assisted by selectors John Mortell (Ballyhea) and John O'Dwyer (Ballincollig).
