With the G8 summit taking place in Fermanagh this weekend, fans traveling to Brewster Park for Sunday's Ulster SFC quarter-final have been told to expect delays.

Initially there were fears that Peter Canavan's side might have to forfeit home advantage for the game due to increased security in the area because of the summit but the GAA took the decision to proceed with the game as planned.

"With regard to the Ulster Senior Football Championship Quarter Final between Fermanagh and Cavan on Sunday 16th June in Brewster Park Enniskillen, supporters are advised that there will be heightened security measures in place in the greater Enniskillen area, which may include vehicle checks," said an Ulster Council statement.

"Supporters are advised to leave additional time to travel to the event and to follow the designated routes below. Patrons should use designated car parking areas which will be signposted in the town.

"The senior match between Fermanagh and Cavan will throw in at 2.00pm and will be preceded by an Under 14 Development squads exhibition game featuring Fermanagh and Cavan at 12.15pm."
