London manager Paul Coggins has revealed that picking a team for Sunday's Connacht SFC opener has given him sleepless nights.
The Roscommon native feels that this is the strongest London squad that he has worked with ahead of the provincial tie against Sligo this weekend.
London go into the match as 5/2 underdogs, but Coggins explained to the Irish Post that they have worked very hard this year.
"I have had lots of sleepless nights," said Coggins. "As a manager that's the kind of selection problems that you want.
"I still have a major job to do to pick the right team. But without guys in the squad who have been training every night, making everyone fight for their place, we wouldn't be here. I want to pay tribute to these guys because some of them won't even see their name on the team sheet on Sunday. They have been vital in terms of preparation."
