Fermanagh captain Ryan McCluskey is hoping Barack Obama might take in the Cavan game.

The June 16th Ulster SFC derby is being played in Enniskillen on the same weekend as the G8 summit and - tongue firmly in cheek - McCluskey has invited some of the world leaders to check in the GAA match while they're in town:

"Security has now picked up in the area and rightly so, and it has been busy," he says in The Irish Daily Star.

"But you never know - maybe some of the Presidents might land down to the game and hopefully support the Green & White and cheer us on.

"It's obviously always nice to play in your own ground. We have had a decent record in Brewster Park; it is a great place to play.

"We just have to concentrate on ourselves like we have done for most of the league. We are in a fortunate position of being able to see who we are going to be playing in the first round and hopefully cause one of three upsets in the summer."
