Dublin GAA has launched their new jersey for the upcoming 2013 season. The shirt, manufactured in Ireland by O'Neills, features "Koolite" fabric which allows breathability and removes moisture from the wearer's body.

Speaking at the launch Denis Bastick said the players are keen to get back into it now

"I think fellas are chomping at the bit to get into it now, it's a clean slate which is good for everyone, I suppose having discussed things with management we need to see were we can improve individually and also as a team and getting advice on it."

Eoghan o'Gara confirmed he is due into hospital to go under the knife before Christmas on a long standing hip injury which was directly related to his groin problem last year and he is unlikely to see any action before April.

"Jim would be a different style to pat but I think with a lot of us been involved previously we are excited now to get back in, it's a huge opportunity for everyone in the forward line, new Young guys coming and a lot of talent in the forward line, it means I personally have to work very hard on certain things and when I get back stay injury free."
