This Friday on Seó Spóirt Dara and the panel are in Croke Park and will be previewing the All-Ireland Football Semi Final between Dublin and Mayo.

New to the show Wexford Hurler Diarmuid Lyng delves into the GAA archive to bring us another great moment from the past. This week he speaks to former Mayo man David Brady about that faithful Sunday in 2006 when he and his Mayo teammates famously took to the Hill 16 side of Croke Park to warm up before their semi final clash with the Dubs!
