Lynch delighted to be back

Kildare's Hugh Lynch
Kildare's Hugh Lynch is determined to win his place back in the starting XV.
Lynch has recovered from a cruciate injury, which kept him sidelined for almost a year and although he was a mainstay of the side before the injury, he knows that he will have a tough task in earning a place in the side.
As Lynch sat on the sideline, his team mates lifted the division 2 league title when defeating Tyrone in the final and they looked very impressive in doing so.
And the towering midfielder admitted to the Kildare Nationalist that he has a lot of work to do in order to make the first XV.
"It's going to be extremely tough. I'm under no illusions," admitted Lynch. If we're out there and playing well it only pushes the lads on that will be playing against Offaly. That's what we are gearing towards. If I can push the lads on a small bit in training, it's massive, that's all we can do."
