Barry Cahill is missing out on Dublin's end-of-season trip due to club commitments.

As the All-Ireland winning Dubs jetted off first class for a celebratory holiday in Orlando and the Cayman Islands, Cahill was a notable absentee from the travelling party.

The versatile Sam Maguire winner didn't even consider heading to the States as his club St Brigid's face Portlaoise in a Leinster senior club football championship semi-final on Sunday.

Joint-manager Mark Byrne confirmed in The Sun: "Barry has been brilliant. It never even came up about the Dublin holiday.

"The Dubs have been off enjoying their All-Ireland and rightly so but Barry has been 100% committed to the club and sets the example."
