Kerry's Tadhg Kennelly
Tadhg Kennelly has said he is considering a sensational return to the Kerry team.

The Listowel man has called time on his AFL career with the Sydney Swans and has given an indication that he would consider returning to the Kingdom for next year's All-Ireland SFC, as he decides on his future over the next few weeks.

"Playing with Kerry is definitely a consideration, but there is an awful lot I have to consider privately and professionally," Kennelly told the Irish Examiner.

"Where I am going to be in 10 years time? A lot of that will be in this decision I am going to make in the next couple of weeks. I am definitely considering it. I will sit down with my family and close friends and consider it."

Kennelly returned to Kerry in 2009 to help Jack O'Connor's team capture the Sam Maguire Cup, with his performance in the final against rivals Cork being the main highlight of his season.

During his playing career with the Swans in the AFL, he played 197 games and won the Premiership title in 2005.
