Double blow for Horan

Limerick's Padraig Browne
New Limerick manager Maurice Horan has been hit by a double blow after it was confirmed that he will be without the services of two of last year's panel for 2011.

Wing-forward Padraig Browne and sub-goalkeeper Conor Ranahan, who made his senior debut for Limerick last year, are set to spend the year in Australia which will leave Horan with gaps to fill in his team as they prepare for next month's National League campaign in Division Three.

Limerick's competitive season will throw-in this Sunday when they meet All-Ireland champions Cork in the McGrath Cup quarter-final.
