Longford's Paddy Dowd claims possession ahead of London's Darren Horan during the NFL Div 4 clash at Pearse Park Longford
Brian Kavanagh has been included in the Longford team to face Louth in Sunday's Leinster SFC opener, despite recent reports that he had broken a bone in his ankle.

However, it is still not certain if the Kilmacud Crokes sharpshooter will be fit to play as he is due to undergo a late fitness test.

Meanwhile, Paul Barden has recovered from a muscle strain to line out alongside Kavanagh in the full forward line. Barden's Clonguish club colleague Paddy Dowd has also been named by manager Glenn Ryan in attack after his short-lived retirement earlier this year.

Longford (SF v Louth): D Sheridan; D Brady, D Masterson, S Hannon; S Mulligan, E Williams, P Foy; A O'Connor, B Gilleran; P Dowd, F McGee, K Mulligan; D Reilly, B Kavanagh, P Barden.
