O'Donnell deal done

The Clare sponsored Pat O'Donnell jersey
Long-running sponsor Pat O'Donnell has agreed to sponsor Clare GAA for another year.
O'Donnell was patron of the Banner County during an original seven-year stint that included their historic All-Ireland wins of 1995 and 1997 and returned to sponsor Clare in 2005.
That three-year deal was extended for one year last year and has now been extended again for another season.
Clare's footballers and hurlers wore jerseys with the Pat O'Donnell logo during the recent subsidiary competitions while the terms of a new deal were thrashed out.
The news means that Meath is now the only high-profile county not to have named an official sponsor for the current season. But the Royals hope to make an announcement early next week.
