Kearins to be honoured

The St Patrick's club are set to honour their most famous son at a function next month when Sligo legend Mickey Kearins will be guest of honour.
Without question, one of Sligo's best footballers, Kearins thrilled the county's supporters during a career that spanned 17 years, during which time he amassed some outstanding scoring feats.
The function will be held in the Sligo Park Hotel on February 6th Kearins career will be the main topic of conversation on the night.
He made his debut for the Sligo senior team in 1961 and went on to become one of the greatest footballers in the country, while he won an All-Star award in 1971 and won seven senior championship medals with his club St Pat's.
