IFC v Castledaly

We are back in Intermediate Football Championship Section B action against Castledaly in Tang this Saturday, August 9 at 5.30pm.

After losing to Castletown-Finea/Coole/Whitehall by three points in the first round, the pressure is on to get a win. But it won’t be easy against a Castledaly team boasting plenty of recent senior experience. They also beat us by a point in Division 3 of the ACFL earlier this year.

Ladies v St Loman’s

Our adult ladies football team open their Junior Championship campaign against St Loman’s in MJS Builds St James' Park this Sunday, August 10 at 7pm.

This will be their first Championship game since reforming at the start of the year, so all support would be greatly appreciated. Their other group matches are away to Athlone (Friday, August 15), at home to Clann Gaels (Friday, August 22), away to Tyrrellspass (Friday, August 29) and at home to Shandonagh (Thursday, September 4).

Last week’s lucky numbers were 21, 22, 23 and 26. There was no jackpot winner or Match 3 winners. The lucky dip winner was Amy Grehan.
