This was our first game, We were 4 points down at halftime, and the girls found the going tough against a strong killucan side.

Result

Game 2

Vs Loughnavalley

This game was very evenly matched, both teams showed some

great skills and there wasn't much in it at either half. Our girls losing out narrowly 1-05 / 1-01

Game 3 Vs St Mary's Rochfortbridge.

This was a game for the taking Ballycomoyle scored a goal straight from the throw in.

We had a lot of the younger squad members on at this point and they showed massive hunger. However, we lost on a scoreline of 3-03 / 2-01.

We had a squad of 24. All showing pride in wearing the Ballycomoyle colours.

Westmeath Minors girls are Leinster Champions.

Many congratulations to the Westmeath minor Girls and to our own Rebecca Ward Ballycomoyle on a fantastic win  over Offaly in the Leinster minor ladies final. Many congratulations Rebecca from everyone in Ballycomoyle GAA and LGFA Club.

St Michael's

U14 league div2

St Michaels Blue v Moate all Whites.

St Michael's travelled to Moate this evening for round 3 of the league.

A strong first half seen St Michaels go in at the break up by 2 points with some great play and scoring on display.

Unfortunately, Moate found their way back into the game and despite a rally from the 15 in the last 10 mins, home goals proved decisive.

Elsewhere St Michaels Green went down in Milltownpass in div 5.

Many thanks to all the players for turning out in good numbers.
