ACFL Division 3 v Multyfarnham

Despite another encouraging performance, we were edged out by Multyfarnham in an exciting All-County Football League Division 3 encounter under the lights in Multy last Friday night.

With Padraig Carton, Nigel Scally, Darragh Coffey and Cillian Rochford all in fine scoring form, we led for most of the game before being overtaken in the closing stages. A 53rd minute goal put Multy two up before points from Scally and Rochford levelled. But the home side had the final say to prevail on a 1-14 to 0-16 scoreline.

The result leaves with two wins and two defeats after four rounds.
