St Michael's rounded off their under 14 campaign with a hard-fought victory in Ballinacarrigy this afternoon against a depleted St Paul's. 

 

An edgy opening quarter meant chances were few before the 1st point of the game on 10 minutes. 

Both teams settled into an open match and St Michaels went in up by 2 points at the break.

Playing with the wind in the second half brought more clear cut chances and Michaels forwards took full advantage. 

 

This game brings the curtain down on a successful season with a feile final, an unbeaten league campaign and now a shield in the championship. 

 

Thanks to the players, parents, opponents, refs, coaches, Co board officials and anyone involved with making these games happen.

Ballycomoyle Ladies.

Our under 12 girls had the privilege of playing their counterparts Shandonagh at halftime. On last Sunday's junior B ladies football final. This was a great chance for the girls to display their skills in front of a crowd, and they didn't disappoint. Some great skills and determination on show, and they enjoyed every minute of it. Many thanks to the Referee Michael Gilsenan.
