Upcoming fixtures

The countdown is on to the start of the 2024 adult championships.

First into championship action are our U20s who are away to Delvin/St Paul’s next Tuesday, July 16 at 7.30pm. Our second team are also away to Ballymore in the first round of the JFC ‘B’ on Thursday, July 18 at 7.30pm, while our first team make their return to the IFC on Saturday, July 20 when they face Ballynacargy at 5.15pm in Kinnegad.

Our other IFC Section B games are against Maryland, Ballymore, St Mary’s, Rochfortbridge and Multyfarnham in that order.

Lotto
 

Last week’s lucky numbers were 9, 15, 24 and 28. There was no jackpot winner; the Match 3 winners were Dermot Smith and Colum Connolly.
  

This week’s jackpot is €9,100. Don’t forget our new lotto box in Centra Kilbeggan which allows you to enter our weekly draw by filling in a lotto ticket and dropping it into the box. Draw takes place every Tuesday afternoon.

Sympathy

We were saddened to learn of the passing of legendary GAA manager John O’Mahony last weekend. The two-time Galway All-Ireland SFC winning manager was guest of honour at our IFC medal presentation night in 2001. RIP.
