Division 3 v St Loman’s

Our All-County League Division 3 campaign ended with a 0-11 to 1-15 defeat at home to St Loman’s, Mullingar last Thursday evening.

After a decent start which saw us lead 0-3 to 0-2 after 10 minutes, the visitors got on top to take a 1-9 to 0-6 advantage into the break, with Tristan Graham rattling the net in the 24th minute. We rallied after the restart with four unanswered points from Cathal Finn (two), Mark Wrafter and Padraig Carton to close the gap to two, but were outscored by 0-6 to 0-1 thereafter as the focus now shifts to the Intermediate Championship which gets underway next month.

Mothers & Others Tea Party

A tea party in aid of our Mothers & Others team’s upcoming blitz in New York will take place in the Parish Centre this Sunday, June 23 from 2pm.

Lotto

Last week’s lucky numbers were 11, 15, 18 and 21. There was no jackpot or Match 3 winner. The Lucky Dip winner was Colum Connolly.
