AGM

Our AGM will take place in the GP Room, Scoil an Chlochair this Sunday, December 10 at 7pm.

All members are requested to attend this very important meeting. Nominations must be submitted before this Wednesday, December 6. You can email your nominations to [email protected] or request a nomination form from James Claffey on 087 281 9741. We are seeking nominations in particular for secretary and assistant treasurer.

Clár funding

2023 just gets better and better with the announcement last Friday that the club has received €45,000 in Clár funding for the upgrade of our walking track and the installation of LED lights for our Astroturf pitch.

We cannot wait to see this long-awaited project come to fruition!

 

Santa Claus is coming to town!

Christmas will officially begin in Kilbeggan this Saturday night, December 9 when Santa Claus makes a special appearance after 7.30pm Mass!

There will be a festive atmosphere when Santa arrives in the Parish Centre in a fire engine at 8.15pm approximately. It promises to be a great occasion for young and old with music also being provided.

Kilbeggan Shamrocks, in conjunction with Kilbeggan Tidy Towns and Kilbeggan Fire & Rescue, is delighted to host this event after a lapse of a few years.

Mothers & Others Car Boot Sale

Our Gaelic 4 Mothers & Others team are holding a car boot sale at MJS Builds St James’ Park this Sunday, December 10 between 11am and 2pm.

Scór Table Quiz

A table quiz in aid of Kilbeggan Scór will take place in McNamara’s Bar on Friday, December 15 at 7pm.
