Gillane named on Limerick bench for Mullingar trip

Aaron Gillane has been named among the substitutes for Limerick’s Allianz Hurling League fourth round clash against Westmeath in Mullingar tomorrow.

Gillane has yet to feature for the Shannonsiders in this year’s league campaign and could be sprung from the bench by manager John Kiely whom has given Hurler of the Year Diarmaid Byrnes his first start of the season at right half-back for the trip to the Lake County.

Mike Casey also returns from injury to take his place on the All-Ireland champions’ bench for the TEG Cusack Park clash which throws in at 2pm.
