John Hesllin added three points to his tally while Conradh Reilly and Paul Sharry got their names on the scoresheet with Sharrys score a wonderful curled effort. Ciaran Doyle got Killucan's second point, but it was the blues who had a comprehensive lead at the break.

Killucan had a bright start to the second half and outscored St Lomans by three points to two in the opening five minutes of the half. Ken Casey and Kelvin Reilly were points scorers for the blues.
