Donie Kingston Laois
Laois and Westmeath have announced their U21 sides for Wednesday evening's Leinster Football Championship first round contest in Portlaoise.
Fit-again Donie Kingston is included at full forward for Laois, who also have Kieran Lillis - a substitute for the county seniors in their Allianz Football League win over Meath two weeks ago - at midfield.
Westmeath go into battle without star man John Heslin, red-carded in injury time of the seniors' Division 3 draw with Cavan at the weekend.
Notwithstanding Heslin's absence, the Lake County still have nine of the side which started last year's Leinster final defeat to eventual All-Ireland champions Dublin.
In addition, eight of the side also have senior inter-county experience - Kevin Maguire, Kieran Martin, James Dolan, Conor Lynam and Ger Egan have all played in the 2011 National League while the entire full forward line of Ian Coffey, Callum McCormack and Tommy McDaniel have also tasted action at the senior grade in the past.
