Castlehaven needed extra-time to get the better of Cratloe in a gripping Munster Club SFC quarter-final at Páirc Uí Chaoimh.

Brian Hurley scored 0-7 for ‘Haven who thought they had won in normal time through Mark Collins, only for Cartloe defender Enda Boyce to force extra-time on 0-9 apiece.

In the other quarter-final at FBD Semple Stadium, Seanie O’Connor’s first-minute goal set Clonmel Commercials up for a 2-7 to 0-6 victory over Newcastle West. Peter McGarry added a second late on.

The semi-final pairings are: Castlehaven v Rathgormack and Clonmel Commercials v Dingle.
