Tipperary have turned to John Devane (Clonoulty-Rossmore) to replace Liam Cahill as manager of their U-20 hurlers.

Having guided his native club to Tipperary SHC honours in 2018, Devane has been ratified to replace the newly appointed Waterford senior hurling manager at last night's County Board meeting.

Toomevara’s Ken Dunne (coach/selector) has been confirmed as one member of his backroom team.

Meanwhile, the appointments of Tom McGlinchey/Niall Fitzgerald (Under 20 football) and Johnny Nevin (minor football) for 2020 were also rubber-stamped at the monthly meeting.
