Holders Kilcoo and Mayobridge will face off in the second round of the Down SFC.

The rivals were pitted against each other in last night's draw, which was made immediately after Kilcoo saw off league champions Carryduff by 1-13 to 0-10 in the last of the first round games at Páirc Esler. The mouth-watering tie is a repeat of last year's semi-final which the Magpies won by eight points.

Traditional giants Burren were paired with Loughinisland following their opening round victory over last year's runners-up Warrenpoint, who were drawn against Bryansford in the losers' group.

The second round games will all be played this weekend.
