Watch: Small nets cracker in Ballymun's Dublin SFC win over Ballinteer St Johns

Dublin star Paddy Small fired in a screamer during the first-half of Ballymun Kickhams’ senior 1 football championship clash against Ballinteer St John’s this afternoon.

‘The Mun’ had been 0-4 to 0-2 to the good at Parnell Park when Small broke forward from centre-field to lash in this sublime goal (watch it below) in the 18th minute.

The 2020 champions would go on to see out a 2-11 to 0-13 victory over BSJ in the end, having led by 2-5 to 0-6 at the halfway stage.

Elsewhere, there were wins in the capital for Na Fianna over Castleknock (0-18 to 2-10) and Clontarf against Fingallians (3-17 to 0-6) last night at Parnell Park, with holders Kilmacud Crokes handing 29-time champions St Vincent’s a 0-17 to 0-8 defeat at the same venue on Saturday evening and Raheny 2-16 to 1-10 winners over Lucan Sarsfields at O'Toole Park.
